Specifications:

* Dust with feather duster; remove all dust, cobwebs, from floor to ceiling.

* Clean on all glass table tops, windows and sliders

*Baseboards and Window sills hand wiped.

* Wipe all chairs, doorknobs, light switches and woodwork.

* Empty trash

* Vacuum all floors, rugs and carpets. At the shore sand is everywhere. We vacuum all surfaces and even make sure porches and decks are broom swept. 

* Mop floors All Floors

(We sweep the floors, then vacuum then use Micro Double Edge Mops (double sided buckets to keep water clean) w/warm water and a small amount of dish soap.

* Remove trash from the premises to outside trash/recycling bins.

KITCHEN

* Wipe down inside/outside of the refrigerator,

*Wipe entire stove.

*Clean sink and backdrops.

* Clean Microwave

*Clean countertops and small appliances.

* Clean outside cabinets and handles.

* Remove food left by guests in refrigerator and cabinets.

*Plus much more.

BATHROOMS

* Bathrooms can be problematic. Limited space and the position of the toilets. We clean this area by hand and even on the the floor by knees.  There are no shortcuts cleaning bathrooms and we pay close attention to details in this area. There are too many times hair and other unpleasant remnants are left behind by guests.  We make sure tubs, sinks, fixtures and other surfaces are completely clean erasing any trace of the guests. Cleaning faucets, sinks, and drains with a clean toothbrush.  We are fanatics about cleaning bathrooms. 

BEDROOMS

* Bedrooms are sneaky because at first glance they do not look that bad to the eye. However there is usually accumulated dust. Ceiling fans are major culprits. We dust everything and windex surfaces that apply. We make sure the comforters look inviting. First impressions for your guests increases a better vacation and a returning customer. All doors, frames, window sills, ledges, knickknacks, furniture, baseboards, upholstery are hand wiped. Accessible areas underneath furniture is vacuumed and cleaned. Plus much more.

LIVING/DINING AREA

*In these areas we dust/wipe tables, chairs, plus windex all glass surfaces. We check under the cushion and chairs for surprises that will not alarm your guests. All Furniture vacuumed and wiped down. We tidy up these areas, if pillows and throws exist. If you have books and periodicals these too are neatly stacked. Each area is repeated to assure you that it is all done properly.

LAUNDRY ROOM

*Check lint trap in dryer and wipe down the washer/dryer inside and out. Wipe and clean floors.

PORCH

*Broom sweep. Also wipe down outside furniture. 

OUTSIDE SHOWERS

*Sweep sand and wipe down the inside.

We are here for you and will work around your busy schedule.  Pricing may vary more or less due to the frequency of the cleaning. 

Ocean City Clean provides cleaning products and all FDA Approved for COVID-19 Prevention.The property owner is responsible for trash liners and shower liner. If you prefer specific cleaners for granite top, pet stain remover, burner covers, hardwood floors, pet stain remover, et cetera. Please tell us if you would like us to deviate from our routine we would love to accommodate

your wishes.
